EnviroDevelopment is an incentive-based system designed to encourage more sustainable development,and to help consumers recognise developments with authentic sustainability features.
Developments displaying the EnviroDevelopment Logo have been certified by an independent process (undertaken by UDIA) as having achieved the high standards required of an EnviroDevelopment.
EnviroDevelopment has been designed to provide an easily identifiable branding system to assist consumers to recognise developments which have
achieved a high level of sustainability initiatives across six distinguised areas (element). Developments may apply for certification in:
Ecosystems Materials
Waste Water
Energy Community
EnviroDevelopment certification represents a significant achievement.The certification logos indicate that the development has met rigorous sustainability standards set to taskforces including scientists, academics and industry professionals.
EnviroDevelopment is designed to reduce the environmental impact of new communities whilst offering a healthier and more natural environment for residents.
