My vision with developing Mebbin Springs Estate was to create an energy efficient, environmentally responsible, rural village community.

With the assistance of many willing architects we have plans and ideas for many of our sites that will incorporate workable floor plans and a schedule of sustainable specifications that will make for eco-friendly and comfortable living. This does not mean we need to resort to a community of clay or straw bale homes but rather, ensure we meet the standards we have adopted by making use of everyday materials, thus enabling us to open up an extensive range of home ideas.
